Michigan's 'Signing of the Stars' was all the rage on National Signing Day!

With Tom Brady, Derek Jeter, Ric Flair, Lou Holtz, Mike Shanahan, Jon Jansen, Desmond Howard, Denard Robinson, Derek Holland, Brad Keselowski, Josh Gracin, Migos & Jim Leyland all making appearances... it's not hard to wonder why. MSU head coach Mark Dantonio spoke with BTN's Lisa Byington and seemed to drop subtle jabs at the big event in Ann Arbor:

"our drama seems to take place in the season"

"on days like this, people forget that the bottom line here is you need to win football games and compete for championships"

"we try not to have too much flair..."

Sour grapes? Misinterpreted? Or does the recent success of MSU validate the comments? Either way... entertaining stuff.
